The WCFab 2017-2019 L5P Duramax 2500 / 3500 & 2019+ L5D Duramax 4500 / 5500 / 6500 Fabricated Aluminum Coolant Tank Kit, mounts in OEM coolant tank location. The stock coolant reservoirs on these trucks are known to become cloudy and yellow with age becoming an eyesore when you’re cleaning up the rest of your engine bay. More importantly, the stock units are notorious for the non-replaceable sensors that tend to fail prematurely causing a false low coolant warning. To fix the light on your dash using stock parts, you’ll need to purchase and install a whole new coolant reservoir assembly…every time the sensor has an issue.
